We have a full service counter 6 days a week, offering the same top-quality, free-range, high-welfare meats that we sell in our Clapton shop including: locally sourced beef & marsh lamb from East Anglia, Blythburgh free-range pork from Suffolk, Fosse Meadows poultry and our handmade sausages & artisan bacon.

Rotisserie
FOSSE MEADOWS CHICKEN BRINED AND COOKED TO PERFECTION
To compliment the already outstanding flavor of these chickens, we brine our birds for 24 hours with lemon and rosemary, resulting in juicy, succulent meat with a subtle herbaceous note. The birds are slow roasted to perfection in our rotisserie, resulting in a tender and flavorful chicken with crispy, golden skin that is hard to resist.
We are currently serving Rotisserie on weekends only. Please book ahead to grab your bird.

About us
Morgans Butchery is the result of a joint venture between Barney Morgan and Julia Wetherell, proud Clapton locals who share a love for food and the community. With a desire to take on a new challenge and provide their neighborhood with a much-needed quality butcher, we set out on a mission to revive the tradition of quality meat in Chatsworth Road.
Morgans opened in August 2022, with a simple aim: to offer the finest produce sourced in the UK, with a focus on sustainability and animal welfare, at reasonable prices. We only stock carefully selected produce from small independent UK farms that raise their animals with care and respect, and are committed to offering a friendly and approachable service to the local community.

At Morgans, we pride ourselves on offering not just premium meat but also a carefully curated selection of condiments, dairy, wine, and charcuterie. We hand pick each item from small artisan producers, ensuring that every product we offer is of the highest quality and supports sustainability. Our condiments include an array of unique and flavorful sauces, spreads, and marinades, all made with the freshest ingredients and crafted with care. Our dairy selection boasts the cheese, butter, and milk from British farms, and a broad selection of classic European and new world wines to fit all budgets. And for those looking for something a little different, we also offer an assortment of charcuterie, from air-dried ham to spicy chorizo, all produced using traditional methods.
